**TROY POSTER CONTEST!**-
OBJECTIVE/RULES: Imagine that you are the head of the advertise team at Warner Bros. Studio, and you have to create an Official movie poster for Troy. What would the poster look like? It's up to you! Send in your artwork and show us your ideas! You may use any kind of media you like. (Drawing/sketching/painting, collage, computer illustrated - anything!) The poster must be completely original. Be creative! Artistically, there are no limits. Just have fun with it! IMPORTANT: If there are over 35 entries from 35 different people, the winner will recieve a brand-new copy of The Hulk on VHS/DVD! One entry per person. Extra submissions will be discarded.
WINNER: I will choose (and notify) a winner by Friday, November 14th, 2003. The winning poster will be archived (permanently displayed) on this website (in Troy galleries) and on the Artwork page. If your artwork is chosen, you will be notified by email. All other submissions will be displayed for 2 weeks after contest closes.
SUBMISSIONS: Entries can be sent to me via e-mail OR you can send them by post. If you plan on sending me something through the mail, please contact me for mailing information. You MUST include a valid email address with your letter, so I can notify you if you are the contest winner. Artwork sent by mail cannot be returned.
Artwork will be judged mostly on the following:
-
-creativity
-color/composition
-originality
-general appearance
-informative (does your poster show some elements of the movie? [Trojan war, ancient Greece, mythology)
-emotion (does your poster give off a particular feeling/vibe?)
LEGAL: By entering the contest you agree to have your artwork and a chosen name published on this website (Eric Bana Online Canada). You must understand that this contest is not in ANY WAY associated with Warner Bros. Studios, or any other production company and/or person involved with the actual film, Troy. This is a private contest, hosted only on this website. Your email address and/or private information will be kept private at all times. Contest is open to people of all ages, world wide. Entries containing offensive/rude/obscene material will be disqualified!
To get things started, I posted my own Troy movie poster art. My poster will NOT be included in the contest. All entries will be posted on this page as soon as they are recieved. Good luck and have fun!
