Hiro Yuuki, the man behind the Prince. |
Yep, yep, yep, this here is Hiro Yuuki, the fine chap that does the voice of Dios. Doesn't he just look sweet and gentle and all sorts of other good adjectives?! And guess what, he was even born on February 13-- a day short of Valentines... Everybody croon over him with me, now, okay? "Awwwwwww.... What a wonderful voice you have!" I don't really know any other roles he's done, except of course Omi from Weiss Kreuz. Omi is one damned creepy little kid--I mean, I like the character and all, but have you ever looked at some of the other art from the series? He always has the CREEPIEST expressions. And clothes. And hats. |
And here's what the illustrious Alan Harnum has to say about his voice... "... he said, in a soft voice that made her want to hurl the horrible hurtful sword away and rush to him, cradle his wounded body in her arms, lay his weary head in her lap and stroke his hair and tell him, 'Don't worry. Rest now.'" NOTE: That's an excerpt from Jaquemart By Alan Harnum... I used it without permission... -.-; I'm such a bad girl... |
And here, have a listen to this, in case you haven't already heard it. It's one of the little dramatic SKU radio play things. It's Dios and Utena... The seal of the rose. |
"Prayer to Dios" or "Pray to Dios" or something like that. I'm not sure of the title, but it's the sword drawing song, I do believe. We never get to hear it in its entirety, but it's very cool sounding. Faery-esque. Strangely like the music for jetta commercials. Sorry if the format on it is funny. I'm basically computer retarded, and have no idea how to change it to an mp3. |
