~Generation 1~

DAVID YOUNG - Born abt. 1759 in Dumfries, Scotland. died after 1808. He married ELIZABETH RAE (unknown if they were married in Scotland or later). He enlisted with the 80th Regiment of Foot (Royal Edinburgh Volunteers) & fought in the American War of Independance, after they were disbanded in 1784 he settled on Prince Edward Island.

~Generation 2~

(1) JAMES YOUNG - Born Jan. 23 1790 in Albion, (Lot 59), Prince Edward Island, d. Sept. 1876, Albion, PEI. Buried at St. Andrew's Cem., Wightman's Point, PEI. He married BRIDGET O'BRIEN, 1811, in Albion, Pei. He married BRIDGET OLDIS in 1874. (5 Children)

(2) DAVID YOUNG - Born after 1798 in Prince Edward Island. According to Steve Young (Source for this information) there are no records of David, he says "His existence is merely family tradition."

(3) ELIZABETH YOUNG - Born 1804 in PEI, d. Feb. 14 1867 in Albion (Lot 59), PEI. She married ANDREW O'CONNOR. (12 Children)

(4) ANDREW YOUNG - Born 1806 in Three Rivers, PEI. d. Jan. 2 1874. He married ELEANOR "HANNAH" SENTNER, daughter of GEORGE SENTNER & ANN N. JUDSON, July 14 1841. (7 Children)

(5) HENRY YOUNG - Born 1808 in Prince Edward Island. He married MARGARET BOUTHER, Dec. 31 1839. (9 Children)

(6) MATHEW YOUNG - Born about 1813 in Prince Edward Island. He married MARTHA UNKNOWN. (8 Children)

(7) FOUR FEMALE YOUNGS - all born before 1798.
