I must admit that I am an animal lover who has been known on occasion to go "overboard" with cuddling and kissing my pets. My heart seems to melt when I look into those beautiful big brown eyes of my 40kg Labrador baby and I never miss an occasion in bending down and patting my four legged friends. Over the years I had quite amusing encounters with my pets, but some of them were outright astounding. I would like to share with you some of my psychic experiences I had with one animal in particular, my Rottweiler Bonnie, who was with us for nearly 12 years. Bonnie and I were very close right from the word go, as I my husband was away at that time working. This closeness did not come by accident rather by design, as Bonnie had over the years different health problems to overcome.
Bonnie had numerous operation to endure regarding ruptured tendons on her right hind leg. Then it came to the point were it was too hard for me to see her in constant pain and I struggled with the idea of having to let her go into the spirit world. She was only 4 years old at that time! Before I made my desision I rang a lady I knew in Sydney who is a terrific trance medium and talked to her Spirit Guide over the phone regarding my dilemma. Her Guide advised me to apply regular Spiritual Healing and the "upstairs department" would try all they could! Apparently they did not expect Bonnie "upstairs" for many years.
A good friend of mine ,AnnMaree, who is a very good animal healer came around regularly for Bonnie's healing sessions. Bonnie trusted her very much and got always very excited when she appeared. Having our cup of tea before we started the healing became more difficult over time, as Bonnie would jump up onto the lounge and pushed her 52kg body onto AnnMaree's lap, nudging her hand saying:"come on - don't you have better things to do then drinling tea?" I would myself sit in the evenings with Bonnie, placing my hand on her leg and asking for help from my Spirit Healers, and dare I putting my hand on the wrong leg, Bonnie would pull away and pushing her sick leg under my hand. My Healing Guide " Sister Maria" became very important to Bonnie; as soon as she heard Sister Maria's name Bonnie would run into my bedroom looking up the wall where a painting hung of my Guide. She would then demand I sit down with her and start healing!
Bonnie would "visit" AnnMaree in the middle of the night! She would wake up with Bonnie's face right in front her hers. In her sleep Bonnie would go "walk about" and end up at my friend's place. My daughter Carola had a visit from Bonnie after I encouraged Bonnie to go to Carola and cuddle up with her since my daughter was ill at that time. Not knowing of my plan, she would ring me very exited the next morning with the news, she felt Bonnie next to her in bed!
As Carola was in quite a vulnerable state after her bad car accident and the nights were filled with nightmares, Bonnie brought her comfort and companionship.
After her experiences with spiritual healing Bonnie lived a happy, healthy life for 6 more years in our family. She left this earth on the 28th November 1997. Surrounded by people she loved her little soul departed into the Spiritworld where she was welcomed by Sister Maria and my father. She is still with me now and then, as I see her spirit form laying in front of my room. As long my love to her exists she will be connected to me until that time when I cross over to the other side and we will meet again..
