Colleen als has toured with the Army Special Services in Europe, as well as in national tours in prodoctions such as "They're Playing Our Song","Can,Can","The Star-Sprangled Girl"and "Barefoot In The Park".Colleen has been working professionally since she was nine years old and majored in theater at the Catholic University of America.
Together with her husband Mark Pinter (whom she met while they were both on "As The World Turns" he currently plays Roger Smythe in "All My Children.")Colleen has devoted much time to the national chapters of Easter Seals,The March of Dimes and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.They also have volunteered for Bread and Roses an AIDS hospice/facility in Connecticut.For these and other causes they have produced and/or starred in productions of "Love Letters" throughout the USA.
Colleen and Mark have six children ,four girls and two boys.Colleens hobbies are interior design,18th and 19th century antiques and gardening.
Colleen Zenk Pinter was born in Barrington,Illinois.She made her Broadway debut in a play called "Bring Back Birdie" in wich she played the role of Rosie and starred alongside Chita Rivera and Donald O'Connor.Colleen made her film debut in "Annie" a film adaption of the John Huston Broadway musical.
