RULES for the DOJANG
Master Dennis W. Barbeau, 5th Degree - Tae Kwon Do

Students may belong to only one dojang at a time.
Be on time and stand quietly in line when "Line Up" is called.
Most important always bow on entering and leaving the dojang, as well as before any partner exercise, to your Master and black belts.
Only women may wear an undershirt beneath the dobok. Always wear a clean dobok.
Always wear earned patches proudly.
Tie your dhee correctly before entering the dojang. Remove street shoes, watches and all jewelry before class.
Pay attention to hygiene; keep toe and fingernails short. Help with preparing all equipment and keep the dojang clean.
Open or close windows only with permission of your teacher.
No unnecessary talking and no loud laughing during class.
Keep quiet when sitting, only sit in TKD style and dont lean against the wall.
Leave the dojang and class only with permission of the teacher.
Always ask the Master to leave and join class.
Practice free sparring only with permission of the Master. No eating, drinking or smoking inside the dojang training area.
Obey immediately all instructions of your teacher.
Always face away from your instructor or flag when fixing or straightening your dobok or dhee.
Most important, always respect your teacher and partner. Be courteous, humble and helpful to all.
Always respond to your Master and all adults with proper respect: "Yes, Sir", 'Yes, Ma'am","No, Sir*, 'No, Ma'am", outside and inside the dojang.
Always bow to flag and Master when entering and  leaving the dojang.

YOU FAIL ONLY WHEN YOU FAIL TO TRY YOUR BEST!
