i love alice's morning show.  i loved it when it was sarah & vinnie, but now that vinnie has moved on, i find that sarah is quite enjoyable on her own.  she does have guests that go in and partner up with her, but she by herself is very capable.  i look forward to my morning commute to listen on, then when i arrive to my office, i quickly turn the radio on to make sure i didnt' miss anything.  during commercials on the alice, i turn to other stations to listen to their morning shows, but everyone else annoys me.  i guess dont' connect with their rude humor and dont' find the things they do or say amusing, usually mean.  i love the alice.  i am a very loyal listener.  ;)

parkin just found a new radio station tho.  fm 92.7 is quite enjoyable as well.  it's all dance music.  not techno, but high energy stuff that you hear at the clubs in mixes sometimes, but not usually on the radio.  it's upbeat and cool.  i like it.  check it out when you have a chance and
let me know what you think about it.

today is my last day alone in the office.  my co-workers will be back on monday, unless they are jetlagged.  i wish i could say that i got a lot done while they were gone, but i can't.  unfortunately my co-worker didnt' leave me a password to get into her computer which i had to get a lot of information from.  i'll be super busy next week tho.  *yuck*  i want a new job, but i am going to commit myself to this company for at least a year and see how things go.

i've been getting a few surprise callers on the phone these past couple of days!  *cool!*  my friend may called me from hawaii on wednesday night.  poor thing was a little sick with bronchitis and croaked like a toad on the phone, it was so sweet of her to suffer to talk to me!  i met may a few years ago when we did the roseball pageant together.  she's our miss congeniality and so deserving of it.  she's the sweetest thing.  lucky girl was sent to hawaii for work for 2 years... she's been there almost 3.  haha, i wouldnt' want to leave either, but we all miss her a lot and are really excited when she comes home for a visit.  last year, a group of us went to hawaii to visit her and we had a blast.

during dinner at hardrock cafe, we decided to take a picture.  i guess we should have checked a mirror first...
a little seasick.... we were all faking it, except for joyce (seated in the middle).  she had a little too much chi-chi and with all the rocking on the ship, it didnt' stir well in her tum-tum

another surprise caller was my friend tabitha.  we met a long time ago, at taylor intermediate school.  our siblings sort of knew each other and so we kind of knew of one another but didnt' really talk at school, until we ran into each other on the way to class.  she asked me if i was wayne's sister and i asked her if she was elaine's sister.  from then on, we became really good friends.  i graduated high school a sememster earlier than the rest of my class and tabitha was the only thing i missed while i was at sjsu.  i don't get to talk to her as much as i used to.  she has a lot going on in her life and is a very busy girl, but when we do talk, like this morning, it becomes a long talk and it's nice.  we play catch up for past months.

tab'll be singing at my wedding!   she has an awesome voice.  i've chosen a song that i would like her to sing, but it's not a popular one, so we're not sure if we're going to be able to find the sheet music for it.  hopefully we do. i better go check out some music stores soon, cuz if i dont' find it, i'm not sure what i want her to sing.
