it's been so hectic at work these days.  my boss and my co-workers are all working to get a showroom to showcase our furniture... problem is that we just ordered the lot from china earlier this week, and for them to make it and ship it to us, we'll just have enough time to showcase it if our shipment comes in on time.

anyways, i got a stereo installed into my car yesterday... not the same as mine, a lower model.  i was pretty bummed about that, parkin was pretty upset.  my deck was a 5000 xplode series, and the one they replaced it with was just a 400.  :/  parkin got me a pretty high end deck for my graduation and birfday present that year and compared to the this  one, this once sucks big time.  my old one had cd text so whenever parkin burned me any cds, it would scroll words.  like his will you marry me cd, everytime i play it, the words, 'will you marry me' scroll across the screen.  and it was a sleek black and red deck... man, i miss mine.  so anywyas, i called the body shop this morning and asked them why i got this one instead and they replied that the guys they work with said it was the comparable model to mine.  i said no, it wasn't, that mine was high end and this one was pretty low end.  he called his guy then called me back with new models to choose from... really nice ones.  so i'm really happy about the one i chose.  hopefully they have it in stock and can install it soon.

my legs are feeling better, thanks for everyone's concern.  they hurt a lot in the morning and then at night, but during the day, it's usually fine.  my ankle is still pretty swollen tho.  parkin and i have a wedding to go to this weekend, so hopefully i wont' have any problems wearing heels.

parkin won tickets to watch the movie, 'the divine secrets of the ya-ya sisterhood' staring ashley judd, sandra bullock, and another great older actress woman i dont' know the name of.  i really enjoyed it.  the movie started at 7:30, but since it's a free screening and they always give away more passes than the theater can seat, you have to get there super early to get in line for seats.  it was at amc 1000 van ness and i got there at 5:50, but had to wait in my car for 10 minutes because it was a 4-6 no stopping zone.  so i got to the theater a little after 6 and the line was already long.  like usual i had to sit in line all by myself for over 40 minutes and wait for parkin.  whenever we win free passes to a screening i go straight to the theater after work but parkin has to go home after work first, then prolly grab a bite (today he picked up some bk fish sammiches for us) and then his brother or whoever drives him to the theater.  it's actually quite efficient of us, but it means that i have to sit in line by myself for almost an hour.  usually i dotn' mind tooo much, but i forgot to bring my book to read in line.  i usually leave a book in my purse for whenever i have time to read, but for some reason, today i forgot everything at home before leaving the house.  i was in  a rush and even forgot my makeup bag.  i dont' wear a lot of makeup to begin with, just lipstick and a bit of brow color, but i feel really nekkid without it.  and then throughout the day, i didnt' have chapstick so i felt all dry and chappy.  *yuck*
well it was a fun date night with parkin.  the past few weeks when his parents were away in china and then my parents were in texas, i stayed at his house almost every day.  i missed staying at home, sleeping in my own bed, tho not necessarily away from him, but i still like being on my own every once in awhile.  last week, since i spained my ankle and had all those car problems, i couldn't go home for awhile, so this week i made it a point to have some 'me' time and also spend time with my parents.  during these times, i dont' see jung or even talk on the phone hardly, and it's nice, but when i got to see him last night, it was very comforting to be in his arms again.  and he showered me with his raindrop kisses that i love so much.  teehee
here are a couple of pictures from memorial day weekend at peg's house that i finally uploaded
ashlyn would not let go of her slobbery play toy. =P  she doesn't even need her hands to hold on to anything anymore

cool!  parkin just told me that he won two passes to watch the new matt damon movie, 'bourne identity' next week! *sweeeeeet*
