		i can't believe how sore i still am.  it's a good pain, but pain nonetheless.  it was a slow day at work this afternoon, so i spent most of it chatting online with my cousin dana.  after work, i went to parkin's house to pick him up and we head out to jana and jeff's house.  before we left, parkin's mom gave me a purple pototoe to munch on.  i've never had one, or even seen one before!
	it was pretty yummy, like a yam, but not as sweet.  the color tripped me out tho because it was SO purple.  when i got to jana's house, jazlynn was curious to see what i was eating.  i tried to give her a piece and she wouldnt' try it at first, but after she took a bite, she realized that she liked it, and i gave her the rest of it to eat.  i hadn't seen baby jalene for 2 weeks, and my how much she's grown!  she is such the cutie, i wish i could share her pictures.  she was awake for longer periods of time and was so alert!  she was born with a good amount of hair, and in the last two weeks, it's turned to a lighter brown.  very cute.  she's still tiny, but with more cheeks and her eyes are like little beady black marbles. parkin and jeff went to cosco and picked up 2 pizza's, 2 racks of bbq ribs, and salad.  dana mixed the salad with dressing,  mandarin oranges, and slivers of toasted almonds.  yum!  what a feast.  lactose parkin was feeling a little bloated from the cheese pizzas at the end of the night tho.  haha, but we left full and happy to have seen the gee and hung family.  parkin even borrowed jeff's portable mj table so that we could invite friends over the weekend to play.    who shall be our victims...
