dana: i had to go to the er at 300 am sarah: what!?!?! dana: something funny fell into my ear n woke me up dana: i said brian something's in my ear sarah: a bug? dana: i thought it was water at first dana: but all i heard afterwards was this thump, thump thump dana: like a heart beat sarah: WHAT WAS IT!? dana: brian tried getting it out with a pick dana: nuttin dana: more thumping dana: then i tried to flush it out dana: after 20 min dana: i said we are going to er dana: he said i was being silly dana: but i finally convinced him dana: got to er dana: dr looked at it dana: said i think it's dead dana: i said i dun think so dana: i still hear thumping dana: he flushed it out dana: n then the nurse screamed dana: then the dr reacted n moved quickly dana: all i saw was a big black thing dana: it turned out to be a spider! dana: the size of a nickel almost dana: still alive dana: freaked me out sarah: gross!!!!!!!! sarah: *shiver up spine* sarah: did it just crawl away after being flushed out? sarah: how did the dr flush it? dana: yea dana: it crawled up dr's arm dana: he dumped it into sink sarah: grosssss! dana: he took a big syringe and filled it with water and forced it into my ear dana: i hope no baby spiders in the future

after work, i met up with some friends that i haven't seen in a long time.  originally i was meeting with my ex-roomate shirley, but she had a last minute work meeting to attend but still had tickets to watch 'tuck everlasting' so my friend dave picked up the tickets from shirley and met me for dinner at mimi's cafe.  man, i never want to drive to san jose ever again from oakland!  it took me a little over an hour to get to saratoga... and i left at 4pm!  geez.   after dinner tony met up with us and we watched the movie.  i had read the book when i was in middle school so was excited to see the adaptation, but i'm not sure dave and tony enjoyed it too much.  hehee.  plus rory from gilmore girls was in it, and she's adorable.  i enjoyed the movie. i got home in time to watch the last 20 minutes of american idol.  parkin recorded the show for me tho, so i'm looking forward to watchingthe beginning tomorrow.  *yawn*  what a long day driving around from town to town today.  i'm pooped.
