last night wasn't too bad. i got a little light headed in the afternoon from the lack of a real lunch and i thought that i'd be weak with hunger when i got home, but i was actually ok. i got to parkin's house and immediately got my soup ready for the strike of hunger i knew was coming. i decided to blend the soup and it was yummy! if only i coulda added some milk, it woulda been an awesome creamy veggie soup puree. nonetheless, it was yummy. i also blended some watermelon and had a liquid dinner. i wasn't hungry or craving anything until parkin made himself a salad.... with bacon. mmm.... i was sooo craving a crumb of that bacon.... *damn him* i had two bowls of the puree, 3 cups of watermelon juice, one bowl of grapes and 1 little fruit that parkin's mom gave me. so here is my program for today. day 2 eat all kinds of vegetables either cooked or raw. you can even eat can vegetables but try to eat green leaf vegetables, but no dry beans, corn or nuts. combine this with the soup. at night you reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. do not eat fruit today. this morning i weighed in at 137lbs. parkin saved me some lettuce from his salad last night and i blended some soup to bring in today. i also chopped some zucchini and sauteed them with some garlic (no oil) for lunch today. oh, and i have some baby carrots to munch on. my readings say that the carrots will give me some energy. my mom bought some bak choy and spinach for dinner. yum, veggie day doesn't seem bad at all! finally getting some good healthy greens into my system. i will not be posting tomorrow, so here is my regime for wednesday. day 3 eat the first and second day meal, all the fruits and vegetables you want and the soup, but no potato. if you have followed the instructions without cheating, it is possible you have lost 5-7 lbs. will be continued throughout the day.... if only i could get blogger up on this site... |

10:00am a bit hungry... what should i eat? hmmm.... lettuce.... with no dressing or bacon... :( it looks so plain! *close eyes* it's crunchy, it's sweet, tastes just like kettle korn. mmm... the lettuce is actually kinda sweet and very crisp... not bad *whew* |

lunchtime! i heated up some zucchini and soup. what a green meal i'm having! not gonna be a pretty sight when it comes out... hahahahahaa *note to self* add more veggies to blended soup. needs a thicker consistency. oh, maybe add some zucchini to it for tonight and tomorrow since tomorrow is also a veggie day! *burp* it may not look like a lot, but i am stuffed! i wasn't able to finish everything either, but i'm sure that i'll be hungry again in an hour. i'll be back! sorry, didn't come back. haha |
