oh good lordy lord o lordy, i am sore.  it really hurts!  tuesday was bad, but wednesday was worse.  this morning i thought i would feel better because i stretched like crazy yesterday and rested yesterday, but nope. oh, the pain!  i can't touch my face. i can't brush my hair.  i look lame trying to drink water from my water bottle.  it's a pain trying to put my contacts on and brush my teeth, let alone pick my nose.  :P  it's bad.  if my arms at a stretched position for too long, they get numb and tingly.  i can't even touch my shoulders with my hands anymore, it's tough and painful.  *sigh*  it hurts when i walk, it hurts when i lay down.  when i sneeze, i feel like needles are stabbing my abs, i have a bruise on my knuckles, and yes, my toes are still sore.

last night parkin and i attended the premeire of the movie,
rules of attraction at sony metreon.  i really had no idea what this movie was about and haved mixed feelings about it, but i'm leaning towards more of it being a good movie.  it was interesting and i actually have a new found respect for james van der beek's acting ability.  he's able to portray a lot of different emotions and facial expressions, he's a good angerball.  a lot of drugs, sex, and foul language, definately a movie for mature audiences.  the beginning of the movie was actually my favorite part and the rest of the movie keeps you tuned in.  the only bad thing about last night was that there was a FUNK smell lingering around us.  man, people please use your deoderant or anti-perspirant.  secret, arid, old spice, sure, try that crystal stone thing... it smelled worse in there last night than it does at the gym.  *bleh*

yesterday reminded me of this stinky situation that i went through a couple of years ago at san jose state.  i took a social/ballroom dance class in the morning and it was really fun.  we didn't have the same partners all the time, the girls and guys were all in circle lines and we were rotated every few minutes or so.  anyhow, we were learing how to swing and i had partnered up with a middle eastern man who smelled of curry and b.o.  i never noticed him before, he just stank and stood out to me that morning.  of course when we're learning our moves, we'd have to hold hands throughout the time we're together.  coincidentally we were taught twisty loopy moves that had me going around and under is arms, too.  *bleeech*  eventually we traded partners and i was free of the stank.  or so i thought.
i went to my next class and after a few minutes of lecturing, i sniffed and smelled something familiar.  i looked around and thought that the guy from my dance class was there, but he wasn't.  as i took notes, i looked at my hands, the hands that the b.o man had held for 5-6 minutes of my morning.  slowly i leaned my head forward towards my hands and took a wiff.  it was my hands!  my hands had this horrible curry/b.o scent to it.  *yucky*  i busted out my apple scented anti-bacterial gel from my backpack and rubbed it on, but it wouldnt' go away.  if anything, now i had an apple/curry/b.o scent lingering.  as soon as my class let out, i ran to the bathroom, slathered some soup and tried to scratch the scent off of my hand.  i felt cleansed and continued on to the computer lab to work on some projects and email some friends.  as i worked and typed on the keyboard, I STILL SMELLED THE STANK!  it was horrible.  i tried and tried to wash and scrub the oils off of my fingers, but still it lingered and stayed with me thru the day and night.  it was really gross.  i think it stayed with me til the next day.  *bleh*  again people, please use your deoderant or anti-perspirant daily.  thanks.

i'm having lunch with
peggy, ashlyn, cindy and wing today.  we're meeting at abc in oakland chinatown.  i can't wait.  i'm planning to take a long lunch this afternoon.  on a sidenote, thanks to lan and winnie for your emails.  i'll definately give peg some hand me down hellos.  and to evil and judy, *waves*

will be back later today, if my fingers allow me to type anymore.  :p

ashlyn is just too cute for words.  i met up with cindy, peg, ashlyn, and wing outside of abc around noon and we walked over to jade villa for some dim sum.  ashlyn has become such a little character.  she's able to express herself a lot more than the last time i saw her.  she makes goofy little faces and babbles a lot now.  it's adorable.  doesn't eat as much as she use to tho, and has skinnied up quite a bit.  nevertheless, one of the cutest most adorable little girls i've ever known.  and she's pretty much walking!  woohoo!
thanks to cin and wing for driving my way to meet me for lunch!  and peg & ashlyn for the wonderful company!  hope to see you all again soon!

i received a call back from one of the interviewers at the county of san mateo.  i didn't get the position but the woman wanted to call me and tell me that i was a very strong candidate.  she was so nice, she said that i interviewed very well but i seemed over qualified for the position, that i'd be bored with the office specialist job.  she wants me to hold on to her number for future reference.  she's also holding on to my resume if she sees a job to fit me.  she sounded really sincere and was so helpful.  she didn't want to send me a rejection letter and i thought that was really awesome because she gave me real good feedback.  i'm ok with not getting the job, i think.  i guess i'll stick with lomark until the wedding.  hehe, since it allows me time to work on the wedding.

ok, arms and fingers numb now.  hope y'all have a wonderful night!
