| ...AND THEY HAVE LANDED... - the bridal shower invites are out, and they are amazing! my bridesmaids worked hard and came out with the most creative invitation i have EVER seen. they didn't tell me anything about it, so i thought that i was just going to be a simple flowery shower invite. the outcome? so cool. it is so detailed, notice the red tips of my hair, tho i am really not that skinny. haha. but thanks gau! my brother who is the most creative man i know, worked on it too. (but being the honorable man he is, he gives all the credit to his wife, my sister-in law and bridesmaid) i've been told that they have been arriving to guest's houses, and already, a couple of friends told me that they will not be able to make it. BOO! but everyone has been complimenting me on the creativity of the invitation, but i can't take any credit whatsoever. when selina handed the invitation to me, i was in awe and could not stop looking at it. i had to eat dinner tho, but as soon as i got home, i busted it out and called ivy to thank her. then i rushed to the kitchen to find the perfect place on the fridge for it and stuck them up with my home made magnets. (yay, they came in handy!) big thanks to dana, ivy, sel, and peg for showering me with so much love. i truely am the luckiest bride out there! - 032003 |
