ok, so Spock finds out that his former captain, Christopher Pike is crippled for life and leading a horrific existance somewhere off over the rainbow, so Spock goes to help him. He then kidnaps the man, hijacks a starship, and takes him to an interdicted planet, the penalty for which is death. he drops Pike off and goes home, emerging from these adventures completely unscathed, despite the fact that he should have been court martialed 4 times over. even tho he was doing something nominally good.... how come Spock never gets in trouble? i mean, even KIRK gets in trouble.....

no, seriously. if Pike was given a telepathic projection of a new body, which can bound and leap over rocks ans stuff, so is obviously not confined to the liabilities of his real body, if he dies, does he cease to exist? or does he think he's still there, and therefore still live?

here's another one. if pike has a telepathically projected body (and i don't think the real one is capable of this) and Vena has a telepathiclally projected body, and they breed, will their children be real children, or just little telepathic projections running around.

to add to my earlier hypothesis, if the telepathically projected children started breeding, there would be more telepathically projected children, and eventually the Keepers would be able to accomplish nothing but creating and controling telepathically projected people....

How old IS Spock? To get you started, here's a few facts i've looked up. i can quote sources for MOSt of them if you'd like (tho i'd have to go back and check them) but i don't wanna, so i won't right now.

lesse.... how old is Spock. Well, he went to the academy at approximately 17, 4 years of that, and then a five year mission (i know he didn't go straight to the Enterprise) that's 26 years old. 11 years, 4 months on the enterprise under Pike, (although it's been suggested that he was still a cadet when he came aboard, so i've subtracted a year for that possibility) which leaves him 36 when Kirk took over from Pike (which jives with Star Trek Cannon). i think they served together on the Enterprise for almost 37 years (based on SD's given in the episodes, but NOT including whatever time period the movies took place in), that's 73 years old...... how long after TOS was TNG set? i don't watch TNG, i can't figure the rest.
