RULES |
1)If you are caught with two characters,both of your characters will be deleted. Every 2 Days in the rpg is 24 hours 2) Webmasters will not cheat. 3)Each race has the following innate abilities - Saiyans-have the ability to become Oozaru's and Super Saiyans. Nameks-know the Nemekian Language and the Namekian Dragonball Password. They also find the Namekian Dragonballs in seven days(with a dragonball radar 4 days). Aliens-have the ability to transform Androids-learn moves taught by Androids in 1/2 the time Human-get a free Senzu Bean every two weeks. 4)Once your PL reaches 100,000 GE enhancements will have no effect. 5)No advanced actions or fights please. (IE: Today is Saturday and you email saying "On Monday I want to do ____") 6)When emailing me please put your character name in the subject-heading box. If you don't I will simply delete it. 7)If your clan is directly responsible for the death of a boss (ie: you make plans with your clan and you all destroy the boss together), your clan will get a random bonus from me (it could be anything). 8)You may teach other players moves you have learned. When a player teaches a move, the teacher gets no PL, but the learner get 5% of his or her PL for every 5 days. 9)You can only engage in 1 fight a week. 10)There is no stealing in the ND or HFIL. 11)To travel to a space station, it has to belong to you or your team or you must have the owner's permission. You can travel there uninvited if you wish to attack the people on the space station. 12)It takes two days to reach the space station from a planet it isn't orbiting and one day to reach it from the surface of the planet it is orbiting. 13)While you are in your space station, your PL is doubled by the defence systems. If you are attacked and die the system is destroyed and the attacker has the option of destroying the space station. 14)You can/must spend at least 5 days in the ND. If you die in the ND, you are sent to HFIL for a minimum of 10 days. 15)After the minimum amount of time spent in these locations, you must send an e-mail telling me that you wish to leave. 16)If you become a ruler of a planet your in liberty to do whatever you want to do it- Sell it,, Make the people on the planet pay you a certain amount everyweek or they die(tax), Make the people coming to your planet pay money. YOU CANNOT DESTROY IT AND THE PLANET CAN BE TAKEN AWAY IF SOME ONE KILLS YOU. 17)Everything you search for has to take atleast 1 day no matter what. 18) You can only have 2 henchmen. Henchmen's are like real characters except when they are killed in Hell they are deleted. They start with 1000 hp, and Energy Blast. 19) Battle due dates are Thursday 11:59 (battle writters time, ask him or her for what kind of time he has if he doesnt tell u in time then its urs) 20) When traviling to another planet it takes 5 days. When traviling to a sub-section it takes 8 days walking and 6 days with Bukujutsu or Hikou(fly). 21) Planet Rulers have the ability to promote you even if you don't meet the requirments. If you disobey a Planet Rulers command he/she has the ability to battle you regardless on your poisiton unless you are dead then you must spend an extra 5 days if your in ND and an extra 10 days if your in HFIL. 22) If there is a poistion (ex. Caption of Earth) and it says you can command a private then the Caption will e-mail us telling us to post on the main page he/she most do this. And if that person disobeys he will be in a battle with the Caption regardless of poistion and will be fired. 23) There is no bonus's from Planet Ruler's battle's. 24) If any DragonBall's are destroyed then they are turned to stone for 20 days and once the 20 days is over they are scatted again. 25) You may buy and carry as many weapons as you want, but you can only use the logical amount of items in battle. (Ex: two hands holding two swords). BUT if you have two of the exact same item..that gives bonuses, (Ex: pl gains) You only recieve the percentage of one of the items. 26) If you want to go to another planet and not be attacked by the ruler, then you must get premeission from the Ruler of the Planet, A member who has a job at the planet that you are going to or a member of the Planet. If you are invited to a planet but you are killing people and finding alot of items, then the Ruler of the Planet has the right to ask you to leave becuase he feels that you may be a threat to the planet. If you don't leave then the Ruler and everybody that the Ruler ask's/demands will be in a battle to the death against you. Also, the person that invites a member to their planet is responsable for the other members behaviour. So you might be punished by the Planet Ruler along with the member who is causing a problem. You may also go to a planet without being attacked by the Ruler if you are there to help the planet, (EX: Kill a boss). If you ar going to a planet to help with a major problem (Ex: Boss or another member on a killing spree), then you will be under the Planet Ruler's personal protection. TEAMS 1)You must have three people to start a team. There are no more than ten people allowed on a team, not counting henchmen. 2)We would like a team picture. 3)You must decide what planet you want your team based on, but to have a base you must buy it for 5000 zeni. 4)These are the team ranks. Each team member must have a rank decided by the team leader. Leader - Decides on team matters such as the team bank and item storage. (Must have one). Spy - Can hide his location for 3 days at a time and use Spy three times a month (Meaning after three days are up you will be visible for one day even if you want to use it again). Only one per team. Scout - One day off space travel. If using teleport still takes one day. Trainer - Can teach team members moves in half the time and while their teaching them both people get a PL raise of 5% everyday. Only one per team. Soldier - Instantly knows one move of their choice. (not including teleport, split form or power-ups) 5)Each team has a team bank. Members of the team can put in as much or as little money as they wish. They can deposit and withdraw money from any planet. Must have the leader's permission to withdraw money. Tell the leader and the leader will tell one of us. 6)The team item storage works the same way, but you must be on the base planet to deposit or withdraw items. It Will Cost 250 To Join (Registration For The Tournament Starts Sunday And Ends Thursday!) Winners Will Be Decided By A Coin Toss, If You Win You Get To Advance, If You Lose Well Your Out (lol). Winning 4% your pl added Losing 2% your pl added Training 1) Win a battle and get 10% of your oponents PL. 2) Lose a battle and get 5% of your own PL. 3) If a battle ends in a draw, you get 5% of your opponents PL. 4) Win a boss battle and get 20% of your oponents PL. 5) Lose a boss battle and get 10% of your own PL. 6) If a boss battle ends in a draw, you get 5% of your opponents PL. 7) Win an arch rival battle and get 20% of your oponents PL. 8) Lose an arch rival battle and get 10% of your own PL. 9) If an arch rival battle ends in a draw, you get 10% of your opponents PL. 10) Win a spar and get 8% of your opponents PL. 11) Lose a spar and get 5% of your own PL. 12) If a spar ends in a draw, you get 5% of your opponents PL. 13) Win a sneek battle and get 8% of your opponents PL. 14) Lose a Sneek battle and get 5% of your own PL. 15) If a sneek battle ends in a draw, you get 5% of your opponents PL. 16) Idle Train and get 5% of your own PL every 2 days. 17) Train with others and get 5% of your own PL plus 5% extra per person. 18) Learn a move and get 5% of your own PL every five days of the move. You get your PL upon completion of the move. |
