5 countries this year will choose the jury system for deciding the points, these are FYR Macedonia, Turkey, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Russia and Romania.

7countries will have a mixture of televoting and jury, these are Greece, Spain, Croatia, Finland, Malta, Slovenia and Lithuania.

The next countries will have a mixture of televote and SMS, they are Estonia, Denmark, Belgium and Germany

The rest of the countries which are Austria, United Kingdom, Israel, Switzerland, Sweden, France and Latvia, will give their results by a televote.
