| We recommend you bring your own firearms. However firearms can be hired by prior arrangement. On entry you will be issued with a temporary import firearm permit valid for the duration of the hunt. It is important to select the correct rifles and calibers for the hunter's intended hunting. For plains game a suitable scope sighted rifle in 7 mm or .30 caliber is advised and will cover a wide range of game. The minimum caliber required for the species of the Big Five is .375 H&H. We recommend that you bring along at least 40 to 60 rounds of ammunition per calibre. Remember that rifles have to be sighted in on arrival at the base camp. |

| Bow hunting is also regulated by legislation and please note that there are certain legal minimum prescribed draw weights and arrow head weights for different animal specie classes. It is not necessary to obtain any import permits for bows and arrows. |
