CENSORSHIP MEMORANDUM #4
1. In accordance with current censorship instructions, the following events (that this ship actually took part in) are released for personal correspondence:
(a) TOKYO Raid on 10 July 1945 (released by CINCPAC Communiqué #419).
(b). Bombardment of KAMAISHI on 14 July 1945 (as released by CINCPAC Communiqué #425).
(c). INDIANA in typhoon on 5 June 1945. (Released by Navy Department 14 July 1945).
2. Discussion of the above must be limited to personal experiences, and must not reveal extent of damage to this ship or to others in the Force.
