» CHAPTER ELEVEN «

Rachael, Brittany, and AJ got back to his house around 6 a.m. Rachael and Brittany went to AJ's room and went to sleep and AJ and Nick went to the living room

"So what happened?" Nick asked

"Well when we got to Brittany's she did not answer the door and so we went in the back door and Brittany was in the closet and she told me Chris was their so I took her bat and went to see if he was and sure enough he was outside bye the pool so I grabbed him and he swung at me and I hit him in the knee with the bat. And he could not do anything so I called the cops and when I got off the phone he kicked the back of my leg and I fell in the pool and when I got out he was trying to hobble away so I went up to him and by the time I got him to stop moving the copes were their and then we had to got to the station and fill some stuff out." AJ explained.

"Damn! Are they ok?" Nick asked

"I think they are just a little shaken up that's all!" AJ told him "I think I'm going to get some sleep"

"Hey since the girls got your room you can crash in mine!" nick told him

"Thanks man!" AJ said walking into Nick's room.

A couple hours later Rachael woke up to AJ standing at his closet in his smile face boxers "Well that's a nice site to wake up to!" Rachael joked

"I thought you would like it!" AJ said as he went and sat down on the bed next to Rachael.

"Where is Brittany?" Rachael asked

"Nick took her to her home cause she had some stuff to do." AJ told her

"Oh!" Rachael said rubbing her eyes. AJ just looked at her with a weird look on his face. "What? Do I have something on my face?"

"No you're just so pretty when you wake up?" AJ told her

"Huh?" Rachael asked confused. AJ just looked at her and smiled "AJ are you ok? I think maybe you should get some sleep."

"Rachael can I ask you something?"

"Sure go ahead." Rachael told him

"I know we have only known each other a couple days and all but I was wondering if you would be umm.. If you would be my girlfriend?" AJ stuttered

Rachael's jaw dropped "Um I um yes I will!" Rachael stuttered. AJ leaned over and kissed Rachael. Then Rachael started to deepen the kiss. They started rolling around on the bed when the phone rang. They tried to ignore it but couldn't

"Hello?" AJ answered

"Hey man how is she doing?" Brian asked. AJ told Brian what had happened the night before with Chris at Brittany's.

"Hey can I call you back later I am kind of busy right now?" AJ asked

"Sure!" Brian said as they hung up the phone.

AJ looked down at Rachael who was in a deep thought "What are you thinking about?" AJ asked as he kissed her forehead.

"Chris!" She answered

AJ looked at her strange "Why? Don't think of him he is gone!"

"I never told you why I broke up with Chris did I?" Rachael asked

"Yes you did you told me because he cheated on you!" AJ told her

"That's not the reason!" Rachael told him "I broke up with him cause he scared me really bad one night!" Rachael told him as she sat up in bed and tears came down her face.

AJ sat up and grabbed her hands in his. "You don't have to tell me!" AJ told her

"I want you to know!" Rachael told him. "One night he was over and we were messing around and he was on top of me and he held me down and would not let me up!" Rachael cried, "He started to rape me but Brittany walked in with Michael."

AJ just looked at her in shock. "When was this?"

"About two months ago!" Rachael told her with tears flowing down her face.

AJ put his hand on her cheek "I'll kill him!" AJ told her as he started to get extremely mad at Chris.

"AJ it's ok I'm fine now." She told him trying to calm him down.

"Rachael you never have to worry about this ever again." He told her as he wiped away her tears.

"OH my god! Justin!" Rachael Remembered she was supposed to call her brother back last night

"Who is Justin?" AJ asked confused

"My brother I was supposed to call him last night!" Rachael told him. "Can I use your phone?" AJ handed her the phone "Justin?" Rachael asked

"Hey squirt what's up?" Justin asked. Rachael told him everything that had happened the past three days. "Are you ok?" He asked.

"Yes Justin I'm fine!" She assured him

"Ok so let me get this strait." Justin said "In three days you meet the Backstreet Boy's, got front row seats, went to dinner with them, spent the night at AJ's house, got your house destroyed by Chris, and made friends with AJ and Nick?"

"Pretty much but there is more!" Rachael told him

"Good god women what?" Justin asked

"Well I am sitting in AJ's bed and he is in his boxers and we are now dating!" Rachael told him

"Oh that's a good first impression for me with your brother!" AJ said as he laid back down.

"YOU ARE WHAT???" Justin yelled

"I love you Justin!" Rachael said to him "So any ways why did you call me last night?"

"Well I am coming down for you birthday and I was wondering if I could stay with you?" Justin explained

"Sure when are you coming?" Rachael asked

"I'll be there the week of your birthday!" Justin told her

"You mean I have to wait a month before I can see you!" Rachael wined

"Yep!" Justin told her "But hey I got a class in like 10 minutes so I will call you later."

"Ok I love you!" Rachael told him

"I love you to kid!" Justin told her

"Bye Butt head!" Rachael said and hung up.

"Oh that was a nice way to say good-bye!" AJ joked.

"That's the way we are!" Rachael told him

"So what did he want?" AJ asked as he started to get dressed.

"He is coming down for my birthday next month and he wanted to know if he could stay with me." Rachael explained as she walked to the bathroom.

"Where is he at?" AJ asked

"He goes to U.C.L.A." She told him " Hey I am going to get in the shower"
