» CHAPTER SIXTEEN «

Rachael just started laughing. "Did you expect to see something?" Rachael knew how AJ was and so she had put on a strapless bra and boxers that were in the bathroom.

"Tease. That's all you are a tease!" AJ told her as he walked to the bathroom.

"Yeah but that's why you love me." Rachael told him. Rachael put on a pair of pajama pant and an old BSB t-shirt and laid down on the bed.

There was nothing on TV so she went downstairs to see what movies he had. She picked up one of their concert tapes and went back up stairs to AJ's room.

When AJ walked out of the bathroom and glanced at the TV "What are you watching?"

"A concert!" She told him with an innocent smile on her face

"Which concert!" He asked as he started to get worried

"A Orlando one!" She giggled. "What were you thinking about?"

"Shut up!" He said throwing a pillow at her. Rachael just laughed

"Oh look it's I'll never break your heart!" Rachael giggled

"I didn't have it then!" AJ told her, as he got dressed.

AJ plopped down on the bed next to her. Rachael just looked at him and laughed. "Boy what were you thinking?" Rachael teased

"Would you leave me alone!" AJ snapped

"Oh I'm sorry sweetie." Rachael told him as she hugged his neck. AJ grabbed her arms and pulled her to him. AJ rolled her over so her back was on the bed and started to kiss her over and over again. Rachael broke the kiss and looked up at him she seen the passion in his eyes. She smiled up at him and kissed him again. As they deepened the kiss AJ's hand was working up the side of her shirt.

"AJ Stop! Please stop!" Rachael yelled as she pushed him off her and ran out of the room. AJ got up and ran after her he ran down the stairs and grabbed Rachael's arm.

"Rachael what happened? What did I do?" AJ asked as Rachael looked up at him with a tear stained face.

"I'm sorry it's not you! I. I. I.  Just" Rachael  stuttered

"What happened up there?" AJ asked

"I don't know I mean one minute we are kissing and the next Chris popped into my head and what happened with him and what he almost did to me." Rachael told him as tears fell down her cheek.

"Why?" AJ asked as he wiped away the tears with his thumb.

"Because it was a two years ago today." She told him

"Why didn't you tell me?" AJ asked as he wrapped his arms around her.

"I want to forget about it but when you were on top of me it just flashed in to my head." Rachael told him

"I'm so sorry." He told her as they walked to the living room.

"You didn't do anything." Rachael told him.

"Chris cant hurt you he is in jail and I will protect you I wont let anything happen to you!" AJ told her as she laid down with her head on his lap.

"I know." She told him. AJ turned on the TV and sat back and stroked Rachael's hair till she fell asleep. AJ slid away from Rachael and went upstairs to pack.

AJ had finished packing his clothes and was gathering pictures and stuff so he would not get homesick when he found an envelope of pictures in is drawer.

He sat down on his bed and opened the envelope. Inside were pictures of Rachael and AJ from their trip to the Bahamas for their one year anniversary. AJ was flipping threw when he seen a picture of him and her on the beach they were cuddled up right by the water watching the sunset. AJ took that one and a couple others and put then in a box he was filling with pictures when Rachael walked in with a blanket wrapped around her and her hair on top of her head.

"Oh don't you look cute." AJ teased.

"Don't I!" She joked. She walked over and sat down next to him. "What are you looking at?"

"Pictures I found of us on our trip to the Bahamas." AJ told her showing her the pictures. Rachael looked at the pictures "I'm going to miss you." Rachael looked up at him.

"I will miss you too." She told him as he grabbed her hands. " It's only a month though." She told him acting like everything was going to be ok when deep down she was feeling miserable. AJ rubbed his hand on her cheek and held her face in his hand.

"I'm going to miss you so much." He told her.

"Shh." Rachael told him as she put her finger over his lips. "Lets not think about that lets enjoy the time we have left together."
