» CHAPTER NINETEEN «

"What are you doing here?" Rachael asked as she gave him a kiss. AJ just laughed and kissed her back.

"Well, we had a couple days off so I thought I would come home cause I miss you." AJ explained to her. Rachael kissed him again.

"How long are you home for?" Rachael asked as they got up off the floor.

"I have to go back tonight." AJ told her. Rachael heart sunk and she looked down at the floor. AJ lifted her chin up with his hand "But we have all night cause my plain leaves at 2:30." A small smile crossed Rachael's lips. AJ grabbed her hands and started to walk out of the room.

"Where are we going?" Rachael asked. AJ turned around and put one finger on her lips.

"You'll see." He told her leading her up the stairs and down the hall way to his bedroom. He stopped her in front of the closed door and turned her to him.

"What are you up to?" Rachael asked

"What makes you think I'm up to something?" AJ asked with a goofy grin on his face.

"Because you have that look on your face!" She told him pointing to his smile. AJ made a straight face and nodded for her to open the door. Rachael looked at him confused look and then opened the bedroom door. Her heart dropped. The room was filled with candles. She looked down at her feet to see a trail of blue rose petals.
Rachael followed the trail to one side of the bed. She looked on the desk beside the bed to see a note with her name on it. She picked it up and looked at AJ, "What is this?"

"Just read it." He told her from the door way as he started to walk over there slowly. Rachael looked back at the note and opened it.

Rachael,
I love you with all of my heart! You mean the world to me! I almost died that month without you in my arms! I love you so much!
Love always and forever,
AJ
PS Look under the blanket!

Rachael pulled down the blanket to see a big brown teddy bear. Rachael sat down and picked up the teddy bear and looked it over

"Look in the hand." AJ whispered. Rachael looked down at the teddy bears hand it was holding a little black box. Tears started to escape from her eyes. AJ got down on his knees and grabbed her hands. Rachael hid her face in the teddy bear. AJ smiled as she peeked up from the top of the bear's head. "Open it up." He urged. Rachael put the bear down on the bed and with shaky hands she opened the box. Rachael looked up at AJ who had a smile across his face.

"Are you serious?" She asked as tears fell down her face. AJ reached up and wiped the tears away.

"Will you spend the rest of your life with me?" AJ asked. Rachael's tears started to poor down her face and all she could do is shake her head and smile. "You will!"

"YES" She blurted out as she wrapped her arms around AJ's neck. "I love you so much." She told him as he put the ring on her finger. Rachael pulled him up to her on the bed. He next to her tears still were flowing down her face. AJ grabbed her face in his hands and with his thumbs he wiped away her tears. Rachael leaned over and began to kiss AJ. He leaned back on the bed pulling her on top of him. She started to un button his shirt, AJ rolled them over so Rachael was laying on the bed he removed his shirt and started to kiss her neck witch drove her crazy. AJ's hand started to make it's way up her shirt. Rachael leaned up and took off her shirt.

"Are you sure?" AJ asked. Rachael just nodded her head yes. AJ started to kiss her neck as they both leaned back on the bed.
