Classic Stevens

First off, can you tell us your real name?:

Yeah.. uh.. Classic... Classic Stevens. *grins*

Do you have a nickname? If so, how'd you get it?:

*twirls a riving auburn curl around her finger, her eyes crossed in concentration...her eyes don’t reach yours* Classic is a nickname. They also call me Classy. *understands that you are wanting her real name, but decides to overlook the question*

Do you know your age? Birthday?:

Yeah... I’m 16.. soon to be 17. Hmm.... *shrugs* August 7, 1887... *continues playing with her hair* I was born in Vermont.. in a field. *chuckles at your bemused expression* Yes.. when I was young my parents owned a small orchard in Vermont. They had purchased the acreage not long before I was born. My mother continued to work even when she was well into her pregnancy and one day I was born, right in the middle of the fields. *smiles* They joked that I was truly an autumn baby because of my hair. *runs a hand through her spirals* It blended in perfectly with the golds and scarlets of the orchard ground.

Can you describe your looks?:

As I said *grins* my hair is auburn brown, sorta red to say the least. *playing with her hair, again not looking at you* Hmm.. *turns back, pushing a few bangs out of her face.. stairs at you* My eyes are green.. sometimes sorta golden. *whispers mystically* Depends on what mood I’m in. *smirks* It’s tough to tell how tall I am... With my shoes on that I usually sell in *points underneath her bunk to a pair of scuffed and cracked, brown boots* I am roughly around 5’ 7”, but I’m ordinarily around 5’5”. With the shoes I usually wear this.. except for a large cotton undershirt that just happens to be in the wash. *grins sheepishly* One of the guys was going to throw it out one day, so instead I took it.. It’s great for sleeping in.. all nice and warm. *sighs blissfully, eager for a goodnight‘s sleep* Uh.. I got a few scars here and there.. mostly from the chicken pox when I was 6. *frowns* Too bad I didn’t listen to my Mother when she told me not to scratch.

What's your personality like?:

*eyebrows raised.. smiles* A newsy friend once said that my name should be Mystic, instead of Classic. You see, I rarely speak of anything personal in nature. I trust no one. I tell no one how I think or feel. I guess that my friend was right. *sighs.. eyes sparkling with flecks of gold* Perhaps, so. Don’t worry about my past and we’ll get along just fine.

Got any friends?:

Probably no one that you would know.. I haven’t been living in Bay Ridge for very long, so I haven’t become that close with any of the lodgers. Some of my closest friends were the people I knew back in Vermont, but I haven’t seen them in years. Also, I have met many interesting souls on my travels. *smiles* I once met this Spanish Gypsy when I was riding the rails.

What about a significant other?:

*sighs* Phantom and I are dating. He says that we’ll get married as soon as we can get enough money to return to Vermont.

Any family?:

*sighs again* Erm.. no.. my Mother and Father died when I was seven. My little brother Samuel was sent to a foster home, but I ran away before they could take me away. It was much easier for the people to find Samuel a home. Most people choose the little ones first. I probably would have never found a home anyways, so I guess that it was better off that I had run away. *scowls* Samuel should be almost fourteen now and I don’t even know where he is.

What was your past like?:

It was so, so. Would have been much better had my parents not died and Samuel was not taken away. Someday I’ll go back to Vermont and take up house there - maybe when I’m married and have enough money, but that’s a long time from now. *dimples grace her cheeks along with a soft/sweet smile*

Anything else you want to say about yourself?:

No, not really. I’d prefer you not going and telling everybody about anything I’ve told you either. *smiles* Nice talking to you.... Adieu.
