• UPLB ROTC walkout
  Daaa....60% of the UPLB ROTC cadets walked out last saturday... Those who walked out were punished with 2 absences, and those who stayed were graced with 2 extra TDs. But, why the FRESHIES were the ones who intiated this is beyond my comprehension. I always thought the sophies would... (ano ba yan, freshmen pa lang, aktibista na!)

• SIKAT NA SI ABEL!!!! or at least yung mukha niya
  WAI! Upon recieving my copy of the second issue of Perspective, the official UPLB student's newspaper, I STARED at the front page... "Is that Abril?!" Yes, people! Ang ating magaling na MP sergeant ay nasa front page ng newspaper! hehe...ang laki pa ng pic! I'll try to scan it next week.
  Not that this is really something to make such a big deal out of...It's just one of life's little pleasures^_^

• Dengue Dorm
  People around me are getting sick...

  From what I've heard, the UPLB Men's Residence Hall (na coed na ngayon) is one of the most decent university dorms in the lower campus...problem is, the growing "epidemic" of dengue and typhoid fever. Statistics say (as of last week) that 95% of the infermary patients are from the MeReHa. In fact, my blocmate (also staying at MeReHa) has just arrived from the PGH (yes, they had to transfer him from the infermary to PGH) a few days ago, after having been confined for around 2 weeks. It was diagnosed that he had dengue AND typhoid fever. Also, 3 dormers from rm 3107 are already confined (please keep in mind that there are officially only 4-5 dormers in a room)...Guys, that room is RIGHT BESIDE MY ROOM. Nyaaa...please pray that I won't get sick with this...Actually, let's pray that no scientian will get sick from this...

  sidenote: Hello sa scientian dormmates ko! Opeda, Katherine (tama ba? or C ung first letter?), Walter, Roel, Rovic, Glenn and Daniel!
