Simple Garlic Salsa
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- pinch salt
- dash ground black pepper
Instructions:
In a medium glass bowl, mix together tomatoes, oil,
garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate
overnight, allowing the flavors to 'mix and mingle'.
