Melted Cheese Dip




Instructions:
Combine cheese and flour in large bowl. Bring beer to boil in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Reduce heat to low.
Add cheese mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining cheese; stir until thickened. Do not boil.
Stir in chiles, cilantro, salt and pepper. Pour immediately into 8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with jalapeņos and drizzle with taco sauce. Serve immediately or keep warm in oven. Serve with tortilla chips.
