Hot Crab Meat Spread

• 2 8oz containers of whipped cream cheese, softened
• 12 oz of imitation crab (more if you like)
• one medium onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup dry sherry
• 2 Tablespoons white horseradish
• paprika
• Your favorite crackers

Instructions:
Mix softened cream cheese with crab, onion, sherry horseradish. Sprinkle a little paprika and stir well. Spread into a shallow casserole dish, sprinkle a little more paprika on top, and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite crackers.
