Apple Cake
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups fresh chopped apples
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts
Instructions:
Pour the oil and sugar over the fresh chopped apples. Let soak at least 1 hour. Beat slightly the eggs and add to the mixture. Then add the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour into a Bundt pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
