Brocolli and Cheese Soup
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cans cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
- 3 soup cans milk
- 2 packages frozen Brocolli, uncooked
- 1 small jar Jalapeno Cheese Whiz
Instructions:
In margarine, slowly saute the celery and onion. In large large saucepan, combine Mushroom soup, milk, frozen brocolli, cheese whiz and celery/onion mixture.
Heat thoroughly and slowly. Do not let boil or soup will be too thin.
If you like it more "cheesy" add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
