Carrot Cake
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 1/2 cups wesson oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
Mix together and bake 40 minutes in a loaf pan at 300 degrees.
FROSTING:
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 ounce package cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- milk
Cream together the margarine and the cream cheese. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, nuts and a tiny bit of milk. Spread on the cake.
