Pina Colada Cake
Instructions:
1 yellow or white cake mix baked according to directions in a 9x13 pan. As soon as cake is done, remove from oven. Poke holes in cake with wrong end of a wooden spoon. Pour over cake 1 CAN of canned - not frozen - Pina Colada drink mix or 1 can cream of coconut drink mix. You can find this in the mixed drink section of the grocery store. Let cool completely. Then smooth on top of the cake 1 small container of Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut on top. Also, you can toast the coconut and sprinkle a few slivered almonds on top.
