Vegetable Beef Soup
- 2 pounds ground round
- 1 large can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can french onion soup
- 2 cans homestyle Old Fashion Vegetable Soup
or 2 cups frozen Mixed Vegetables
Instructions:
Brown the ground round, drain and add all the other ingredients. Simmer about 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender. If you prefer thinner soup, add 1 cup tomato juice or 1 cup water. DO NOT ADD SALT.

I use frozen mixed veggies because of the salt content of canned soup
