Smash 6
Gary Kemp: During that court case I had to listen back to a lot of the music and that was odd because I'd go home and listen to the albums for the first time in years.  And I remember feeling great pride in the music and being thrilled by what we'd done.  Then I'd go into court and the judge would play it, and so there was this kind of absolute dilemma of enjoying the music and thinking, "Yeah, we did this" and wanting to stand up and say, "Isn't this great?" but it actually you know being the opposite - we were enemies in court.

Hadley, Keeble, and Norman lost the case and were ordered to pay 3/4 million pounds in costs.  Their application for appeal was turned down.  The 3 former members now tour as ex-Spandau Ballet and no longer have any contact with Gary Kemp.
Steve Dagger: Bands that you think are never going to play together again often do so I would say never say never.  They are all still alive and relatively young, who knows what the future might bring.
Martin Kemp: I feel that I was the luckiest man in the world to go through all of that experience but I'm glad that I can look back on it, and not have to step back into it.

Gary Kemp: I have a desire to get back on stage, and I know that one of the ways to do that is with Spandau Ballet, and I still have a, I'm still interested, if there is any potential left in getting these 5 members back together.  Yeah, I'd like to do it yeah, we'll see.
