Viva La Madrid!!

So, while Wayne was in Canada this past February.  Beverley who couldn't afford to come home, went to Spain.  Yeah, it was about 1/4 of the price.  Anyway, she went with 3 friends from school.  Included are Nicola, Zhara and Cat.  Below are some photos from their trip.

This is the Plaza Mayor in the daylight.  You can actually see a lot more.  The girls are joined by Cat in this photo.  Apparently Beaver took this picture.

This is a photo of Zhara, Bev and Nicola in front of the Plaza Mayor.  I think it is like Town Hall.

Again Beaver took this.  The girls took this bus around Madrid to see all the sights.  That building behind them is the International Head office of Taco Bell.

This is a photo of Zhara and Bev with their "sunnies" on.  That means Sun-glasses to those of us who are sane!!

Gee!  Get four girls together, without any men for more than twenty minutes and what are they going to do?  That's right SHOPPING!!!

This is Zhara and Bev on Valentines Day.  They were about to compete in a Spanish Dance contest while doing the Tango de la Muerte.    They came in third.

Nicola and Cat join Bev and Zhara to celebrate their finish in the Dance contest.  Cat and Nicola were so proud of them that they bought them each a real live bull.  OLE!  (pronounced: OH LAY!)

Beaver was kind enough to take this photo before he left to go into the Palace.  He was kind of selfish and didn't ask if they could come in too.
