The town is ideally situated for the many golf clubs in this area, including, La Manga Club, Roda Golf, Mar Menor Golf, Polaris World and Villamartin. In the town of Santiago de la Ribera you will find supermarkets, various shops, chemists, banks and a variety of bars and restaurants.
The location is 5 minutes from Murcia airport and 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
The house is very comfortably furnished and has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs.

All the houses in this friendly complex are around the pool which has a separate childrens section.

Downstairs washroom with wc and washbasin. This room also has a washing machine fitted in.
Lounge: The lounge is equipped with comfortable arm chairs and sofa, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, TV with UK satellite channels, and a radio/CD player.
Kitchen: Ceramic Hob with 4 electric hotplates, oven, two section fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave,etc.
General: The house has air-conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. Complete dining service, cutlery, glasses, pots/pans. Iron & ironing-board, hoover, radiator, hairdrier. Duvets to all beds. Bedsheets/covers, bath and hand towels pr. person.
Bring your own beach towels.
Outdoors: At the front there is a tiled patio area with garden furniture, parasol, sunbeds and your own lemon tree. In the rear is the shared community pool and garden area.
