callers can choose which documents they want from a voice automated menu on
the phone, then enter their fax number and it will get sent to that number.
bundled software
a group of software that is bundled with the computer.
spreadsheet
a grid of rows and columns where you can type in numbers and text.
GUI
Graphical User Interface. Uses a drop
down menu and icons to execute commands.
The toolbar is an example.
A. Discipline to be able to work at home with a set
schedule. Set a routine.
B. Self-starter Knows what needs to get done and is
anxious to get it done. Opposite of a
procrastinator.
C. Organized Multi-tasking between work and
family. Especially when communicating
with the office.
D. Creativity The person needs to be able to solve
the problem on their own, because they dont have the option of going to
someone for help, as they would in a typical office setting.
E. Good Communicator Communicate clearly via fax,
voicemail, email, et cetera. Also has
to care about others.
F. Energetic The person must be energetic in order
to work virtually. There is no one to
set a routine or time clock for them, for the person to get the work done. They have to keep to their schedule.
