Lilah Stevenson

She's an old woman about Kloppman's age in Lower Manhattan. She's not very tall, even if she is wearing her heels. She has long white hair that she wears up in a bun and kind blue eyes. She refuses to use a cane even though she sometimes seems to need it. She also wears small glasses on her nose. She's extremely orenary and very fiesty. She thinks she's a kid sometimes, but she really knows she's not. She likes to think so, though. (played by Birdie Kelley)

Ms. Aldra

She's a wonderful lady who loves to paint. She's also Lilah's best friend and has been since she moved to the city. She lives up the street, and the smaller children of the neighborhood call her Widow Potter. She's learned to live with it, but she never was fond of it. Birdie and the other girls just call her Ms. Aldra, using her first name. She's a wonderfully sweet lady who is about twenty years younger than Lilah, but still old compared to the girls in the house. She's at the house as much as everyone else, so the girls know her very well. As for her looks, she's skinny, with long blond hair and blue eyes. She's eccentric but always full of energy. She's just a plain great lady. (played by Birdie Kelley)

Mac Scurelli

the leader of the Queens Newsboys. He's Italian. Tall, nearly six feet, with dark eyes and hair. He wears the plain, simple clothes that any newsboy wears. His pants are black, and his shirt is dark blue. He also has a black leather belt and black boots on his feet. He's very protective of his girls, which he likes to call the Queens newsgirls since he and Birdie share the territory. She calls his boys hers most of the time, too. He's also an excellant fighter, but Birdie's still better. He and Birdie are the best of friends, have been since they were about twelve. They now share a secret love for each other, too. No one knows about it yet. (played by Birdie Kelley)

Deacon James

He has green eyes and blond hair. He's 16 and smokes Cuban cigars, to the envy of many of the newsies, notably Racetrack Higgins in Lower Manhattan. He's very easy-going and very smooth most times. As for his cigars, he can't stand cheap ones and always buys the best he can, no matter how bad of a selling day he had. He's been dating Kit McClellan since she joined the ranks. (played by Birdie Kelley)

Hunter Price

He has blue eyes and blond hair. He's on the middle side of 17 and is neither short nor tall. He's headstrong and is the runner/messanger between Queens and the rest of the boroughs. He's a fast runner, but not as fast as Spider McKennah in Harlem. He's had a crush on Faith Montgomery almost since she arrived at the girl's house. (played by Birdie Kelley)

Wren

He has sapphire blue eyes and shaggy brown hair. He's about five foot eleven and skinny but muscular. Almost no one is aware of his past, but they all figure he has something to do with the mob. He's only confided in one person, his girlfriend and love Evelyn Lanigan. (played by Birdie Kelley)

Rags

He's seven, 4'5", same hair color and eye color as sister. His sister is Willow from Staten Island, and they're Canadian. He lives at the newsboys loding house with Mac and the rest of the boys. (played by Pen)

Tracker McCarthy

He's 18, has dark brown hair, dark blue eyes, and is 5'7". He's one of the best trackers in town. He's liked Pen ever since she arrived at the girls' house. He's quite infatuated with her, especially her accent. He could sit and listen to her stories all day, or even just read them all day. Like most of the Queens newsboys, he's fun to be around and fairly suave when he wants to be.
(played by Pen)

Pepper Scarpino

He's 17, his best friends are Patches Maguire & Klepto Kennedy, he's 5'10, has brown eyes, Brownish/black hair, it's slightly curly and short, he's well built, wears black wool pants, white undershirt, dark green and black checkered long sleeve button up shirt, very worn black boots, silver chain and a black hat. He's very polite, he's generally a nice guy and he can hold his temper easily, but if something's bothering him, he'll be sure to make it known. He's not dating anyone. (played by Patches Maguire)

Globe Stafford

He's 16 years old and 5'11. He has gentle blue eyes, black hair, he's very built; very strong, wears grey wool pants, black belt, white undershirt, greeny-grey pull over shirt with buttons at the top, brown shoes and a hat. He's a charmer and loves company, he's very kind and easy going and doesn't have much of a temper. He's a guy of words (he was slightly educated), always saying the right things at the right time, he, like most of the other guy newsies, is protective of the Queens girls; though, he's not dating any of them. (played by Patches Maguire)

Nomad

He's 16 and 1/2 in 1899. He got his nickname from traveling and because his favorite place to sell is on Elis Island. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and a 'jewish' nose. He's about 5'11". His grin is his best feature. When he ducks his head and gives this innocent little boy grin, you can't help but smile back. His parents are dead and his only brother is in a gang in Harlem. Is a source of logic for many newsies but not above pranking a bit either. He's not dating anyone, but he likes Shamrock. (played by Shamrock O'Mally)

Ace Montgomery

Tall, about 6'2. He is 18 and one of the Queens boys. He is very polite and treats the girls like ladies, so he can be labled as a 'charmer'. He is very handsome with brown hair and brown eyes. Muscular but knows enough not to chalange anyone he can't take. Loves to gamble and drink. Does smoke occasionly but he can keep himself in check whenever he is doing any of these three things. He's not dating anyone, and his cousin is Faith Montgomery.(played by Reflections)

Ben

Ben is a very handsome boy, with dusty blonde hair and deep brown eyes. He is 18 and seeing Reflections. He is very muscular and is always there when any of the girls or boys needs protecting (which isn't very often, if i do say so myself). (played by Reflections)

Blake Winters

He has black hair and hazel eyes. A little over six foot, he appears to be a giant, but he's as gentle as a kitten. He's also 18. When he has to, he can pull his own weight in a fight, but would rather fight mind than with his hands. Knows what is expected of him when he's with a girl, and knows how to treat them. He's dating Harmony McNeal. (played by Harmony)

Duke MacIntire

He's 18 and has crystal blue eyes and brown hair that's been lightened a little by the sun. He's tall, about six foot, and pretty strong. He visits her as often as he can manage. (played by Harmony)

Noah Kingston

Noah is tall and lanky, with dark hair that tends to flop into his eyes, and dark eyes behind wire-rimmed glasses. He's very quiet and serious, but when he has something to say, it's usually something that should be listened to. He's 17, and has been a newsie for a few years. He has a crush on Harlem's Ruby Gallagher, but is far too shy to ever act on it. (played by Daph)

Cabot Tate

Cabot is one of the eldest of the Queens newsboys, and tends to be a problem once in a while. Originally from Manhattan, he came to Queens after it was suggested he leave the Lower East Side. He's average height and thin, with sandy blonde hair and brown eyes. Occasionally something of a troublemaker, he's very high spirited and tends to shoot off his mouth at the wrong moments. He's always making wisecracks, and is often at friendly odds with the Queens' leaders. (played by Daph)

Reese Robards

Cabot Tate's best friend, 17 year old Reese is the good time guy. Loves a party, can always be found charming the ladies; he has quite a reputation for it. He's tall and well built, with blonde hair and gray eyes.
