bhamweather is a service that provides FREE daily* weather reports for the Bellingham, WA area. *Frequency dependent on weather conditions and other factors. | ||

Daily*: In the evening, you get the full report which includes statistics for that days weather, a forecast for the next week, and various other and seasonal information.
*PLEASE NOTE: As a result of several factors, bhamweather is unable to Always provide a round-up of the weather statistics for the day, but will continue to provide forecast services to its members. Also, the daily reports are now mainly on an as needed schedule (i.e., more often as conditions warrant and less often as conditions warrant). Monthly: A summary of the weather for the past month. Yearly: A summary of the weather for the past year. As Needed: When official weather alerts are issued by the National Weather Service, bhamweather makes every effort to send them out in a timely manner to all members. Also, as needed, bhamweather will send out special e-mails for important forecast updates. All of these depend on weather conditions and are generally more common in the fall, winter, and spring than the summer. Also, periodic service announcements will be sent out. |

2) bhamweather provides more accurate forecasts and information by combining weather information from a variety of sources. Our forecast alone is a combination of 3 different forecasts. All is in the attempt to provide the most accurate and complete information possible. 3) bhamweather has its own weather station on the Southside of Bellingham. Why only get reports on conditions at Bellingham International Airport? 3a) bhamweather's weather station currently records temperatures, rainfall, barometric pressure, and wind. bhamweather also personally checks sky conditions and such things as snowfall, hail, etc. as necessary. 3b) bhamweather has recently upgraded our weather technology to keep you further ahead of the weather and to be able to record weather conditions 24/7 for more complete data. We also added new sensors and improved our observation reliabilty. 4) bhamweather weather reports are composed by a human and thus bhamweather is able to include more specific information than an automated commercial service would. 5) bhamweather is run by an official trained National Weather Service Skywarn Spotter. |
