| Hotkey Alias's Hotkey Alias's are just that. Alias's for your F1 through F12 keys so you can do one of the following with one keystroke. A. Cast spells. B. Send Messages to groups or guild, etc. C. Buy or Offer D. Say something to an NPC or player that you find yourself saying often enough to want to put it on a hotkey. E. Emote an action. Etc. I'm sure you get the idea. To program the hotkey alias's just type whatever you want the key to command. Example: F1 cast bless [x] F2 tellguild `B [_] Note: I checked the box for the key that will cast a spell but didn't check it for my guildsend. You want to check the box on any action that doesn't require any additional command. For a spell...you don't need to type anything after hitting the hotkey. You want the spell to be cast when you press your hotkey. So checking the box will execute the command as soon as you hit the key. But for a guildsend you will want to type in whatever you are telling your guildmates so need to leave the box unchecked so it will give you the option of typing in more. |
