| The difference in 80 vigor and over 150 vigor is like night and day. When you first make your character or even before you go out to fight for experience, rest and eat until you are at 200 vigor. It will make all the difference in the world. You get hurt easily and can't regenerate the hit points with low vigor to keep up with the beatings. With vigor over 150 though you almost regenerate them as fast as they take them. Then when your vigor drops down to 165 eat a wheel of cheese, or a meatpie, etc. Wheels of cheese and meatpies give you about 35 vigor. Wheels of cheese aren't as filling as meatpies though so you should be able to keep your vigor as close to 200 as possible if you eat them regularly for vigor. Inky cap mushrooms give you 50 vigor and they aren't filling at all. So don't eat them until you get down to 150 vigor or you will be wasting them. |
