|  Green Pepperone Stuffed with Tuna

 Ingredients
 4 large green peppers100g. chopped onions
 1 large tin tuna
 1 tsp. dried mint
 olive oil
 150g rice
 25g tomato paste
 salt and pepper
 some water
 Method
 Cut the top of each pepper and remove the seedswash and boil the rice, fry the onion till golden brown, add tuna mint, and tomatoe paste
 season add water simmer for 5 to 8 minutes
 drain the rice and mix well with the tuna sauce
 stuff the peppers bake in a well greased dish for 35- 45 minutes
Serve hot or cold
