| Florida cocktail 
 
 
 2 oranges1 grapefruit
 Method
 Cut the top and bottom from the grapefruit, stand it flat on the board. and remove  the skin with a sharp knifeCarefully remove all the segments between the dividing skins. Hold over a bowl as you do this to collect any juice
 Prepare the oranges in the same way, mix wrth the grapefrut and chill
Serve in individual glass dishes, standing on a doyley on a small plate, with a teaspoon
 For a decorative effect you can dip the rim of the empty glass dish into egg white and then into caster sugar, to 'frost' the rim
