 Ingredients
 2 eggs
1 level tablespoon salad cream
 Method
 Put the eggs in a small pan, cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.Wash the lelluce leaves carefully under the cool tap,gently shake them to  remove the water. grate the cheese very finely
 shell the eggs, then cut them in half lengthwise
 remove the yolk from the eggs. mix it with the cheese and salad cream. either spoon it or pipe it back into the whites.
 arrange neatly on the lettuce
