|  Rice with chicken liver
 Ingredients
 300g. long grain rice25g. margerine
 150g.chicken liver
 bay leaf
 50g.chopped onion
 25g.grated cheese
 salt and pepper
 1½ lt. stock
 Method
 Wash the rice and cook in plenty of stockmelt margerine and fry the onions until light brown
 add chopped chicken liver and fry
 add bay leaf and salt and pepper and carry on cooking the liver on low heat
 when rice is cooked strain and add the liver cheese and seasoning and serve
