|  Risotto with Sea Fruit
 Ingredients
 400g. riceolive oil
 1 tblsp.chopped parsley
 500g. fresh clams
 1.5 ml. water
 500g. fresh mussles
 1 tblsp.dried or fresh mint
 100g. chopped onions
 salt and pepper
 Method
 Heat oil and fry the onions to a light colouradd the rice and continue for 3 minutes
 add water bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes
 cook the mussles and clams
 remove shell and add the rice
 season preferably using fresh ground pepper
 , continue cooking for another 10minutes
 or until the rice is nicely cooked
 garnish with chopped parsley
If you want substitute the fresh mussles and clams with tinned ones use 150g. of each
