| CRUMPETS (xkunvat) Ingredients
 
 175g flour	100g.sugar
 liqueur
 oil
 154g. butter
 2 eggs
 water
 honey
 Method
 Rub the flour and butter together, add the sugar, eggs,add  liqueur and water,
making a dough.
 Leave to set for 1 hour. Roll the pastry verv thinly, using
a pastry wheel cut into 2cm strips.
 Twist each strip into knots and drop
them in boiling oil. Fry till golden colour. Drain from all oil and put into
a serving dish. Sprinkle with melted honey.
