  • Ingredients

    1 tablespoon chopped capers
    1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    1 tablespoon chopped olives
    pinch rosemary
    1 tablespoon chopped anchovies
    1 tablespoon chopped onions
    1 glass red wine
    ˝glass demi-glace
    salt and pepper
    some capers and olives for garnish


  • Method

    • Heat oil and quickly fry the steaks on both sides to seal in the. juice Add all chopped ingredients, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes Add wine and continue cooking to reduce by half add derni-glace and mix well. Reduce the sauce again. Serve hot, garnished with capers and olives.
