| GREEN PEPPERS  STUFFED WITH TUNA (bzar ahdar mimli 
 
  ingredients
 4 large green peppersl50g  rice
 100g. chopped onions
 25g. tomato paste
 one tin tuna
 salt and pepper
 some water
 olive oil
 
 Cut the top of each pepper and remove the seeds. Wash and boil the rice.
Fry onions till golden brown, add tuna, mint and tomato paste. Season.
Add the water, simmer for 5 to 8minutes. Drain rice and mix well with the
sauce. Stuff the peppers. Bake in a well greased dish for 35 to 45 minutes. |
