Fall is back in town
All the leaves are falling down
Winter's on the way...
I have a wardrobe to maintain
From September until May
'Cause I'm back in school...
I dress my best for you
From my head down to my shoe

I'm a Beer Hagolah girl!
*param param pam*

Beer Hagolah girl,
You're much more than that
Much more than the clothes that you wear...
Beer Hagolah girl,
You're much more than that
Much more than your clothes and hair!

Somewhere inside
There's a sweet soft heart
Though it's often hard to get to that part
Somewhere inside
There's a brain and mind
Though often they're quite hard to find!

Welcome to
NOSTALGIA...
The page for all your nostalgic needs...
The purpose of this page is to compile lots of fun tidbits to remind you of the good old days! We ask you to reach deep into your memory reserves and pull out any events, images and other memorabilia from your golden BHI days. Did your teacher come to class in pj's? Did your friend get stuck on the roof? Do you wish you knew something then that you know now? This is the time to spill the beans! Pictures from Shabbatons, trips, and every-day BHI life are welcome.
We are trying to compile a
songbook of the greatest BHI hits! Nekadesh, One peaceful Friday night, Carry me inspired... Remember any? Send them!
Old enough to remember the lovely Brighton Beach building and its picturesque viccinity?
"Going there is not just stepping 20-30 years back in time. It is a unique opportunity to visit the country that doesn't exist any more - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Spiritually, linguistically and psychologically, Brighton Beach is not part of the USA. "We don't go to America. We have nothing to do there," its residents like to say. An American, arriving there by accident, stands out and gets stared at - like an Eskimo in the streets of Abu Dhabi..." Read the rest! (Funny, but not for the overly sensitive)

Q: What are these?
A: Pretty pictures.
Q: Yes, I can see that, but why are they on this page?
A: They're intended to be links, sorted by academic year, to pictures and memories from each year.
Q: What are those captions under the pictures?
A: They're themes - in high school each academic year had a theme, remember? Didn't think you would. But that's why this nostalgia page is so great - it's intended to remind you!
Q: Why only 1997 till 2002?
A: Completely arbitrary - well, no, not completely - we just don't remember the rest. But you can definitely remind us by emailing bhialum@yahoo.com and we'll gladly add on other years.
Q: I'm trying to click on them, but nothing happens. Why?
A: Because they're not links just yet. In order for them to become links you have to send us something to put on the linked to pages. Any kind of memories & especially pictures will be much appreciated:) Can't wait to hear from you!
