Dang I'm tired, but I feel I owe yall another update. What do you think? =)
Its currently windy and rather wet. I'm surprised because Salt Lake has been really wet, but when we (meaning me,
Grant, Tanya, and
Kekoa) went to Kahala Mandarin tonight to walk around on the
beach, the sky was totally clear. It was a really nice thing to do though. I can't wait until my pics get developed. heehee.
Ooh, and I have to scan my finale pics (but i'm too pooped right now so you gotta wait kay?).
We have been going out a lot lately though. I like it, and I really appreciate it too. None of us ever want to go home
anymore. ;P On Monday, we went to Tantalus and chilled there for about an hour or 2 just talking. We also took lots of pics there. yay! =)
I got to talk to Grant a whole bunch and it was quite nice.
That day I was doing fine until I got a disturbing email. Well, ok...I got a mean email Sunday night basically calling me
a bitch but I wasn't phased. I don't even care anymore. This whole anonymizer thing is old. But then Monday I checked email
before going to Tantalus and I found that Amy wrote me and forwarded some emails she's been getting. It turns out they had
excerpts from old chat sessions between me and Paul. So
logically either paul or I have sent these emails. Well, duh, that's
too obvious. But I wasn't sure anymore about Paul, cuz you know...you never know. I wrote an email to amy apologizing for
any past wrongs and I want to just get on with my life. As for paul, well, I know he would never do such a thing. He thinks
he's too good for that. haha. But seriously, I think I figured it out. Someone, who obviously has nothing else better to do,
managed to find these old chats I had saved (for sentimental reasons) and I had uploaded them to one of my accounts to save them
before my old compie blew. Of course, I have no idea how one could find them. eesh. whatever. moving on...
Anyway, Grant made me feel a whole lot better after that incident. Did I mention he'll be driving me to the airport when I leave?
So sweet yah? =)
Tuesday was water play and I had the target shoot station with Grant. It was good fun cept that I got wet when I didn't want to.
And I was wearing a white shirt too! But Grant is hella funny when he's with the kids. Its so cute. That night was Aliamanu's
finale program and it was so ghetto. Like the dancing was really ghetto with gaps and what not, and i dunno. I so do not
miss working there. haha. Afterwards the 4 of us went to eat at 99 ranch market's food court. We had to rush though since they were
closing. Yay for korean food. And I also bought everyone bubble tea cuz they'd never tried it before. They are so funny though.
Afterwards Kekoa and Tanya were having a spitting contest in the parking lot to see who could launch the balls the farthest
with the straws. lol Then since we still didn't want to go home, we chilled in front of Tanya's house again. heehee. Good fun and
lots of laughs.
Today we went to Haleiwa Surf Center. My group had sailing, surfing, then canoeing. It was a lot of fun and we got to see
some of Baywatch being shot. Some of the kids/leaders were going crazy when they saw some of the actors, but I don't even know
who the hell stars in it. I've never seen the Hawaii version (and I hope I never have to). My kids were really cool though.
Today I only had 18 of them and that's the least I've ever had! Douglas gave me a hard time again though. Its like this
everyday and I end up having to physically exert myself just to get him to move. Today it was the showers, yesterday I had to
chase him in the parking lot...etc. But sometimes I just have to do the "i told you so" bit when things back fire. He had
sand kicked into his eyes by someone (he was kicking sand earlier) and he got a mean gash in his back from trying to shower in
the water faucet. So dumb. But er. whatever. He's good sometimes.
Today I almost agreed to break my boycott of Mcds. Everyone is taking their groups to Mcds or something next week for food
or ice cream so I was thinking that might be easier for me. But then today I also saw
Boyet's car at the mcds. I hadn't seen it in so long so I thought
he quit but I guess he just went away for a bit. Yuck. So I was even going to risk seeing him...just for my kids. But then they
started complaining how Mcds only has vanilla ice cream so I just changed my mind. Aish. so picky.
Tonight we didn't know what to do. We just walked around 99 Ranch Market and looked at all the food. It made me hungry.
Then we just went back to the park and chilled in the car until we could think of something to do since none of us wanted
to go home. Finally, after like 45 minutes we decided on the Kahala Mandarin Hotel...the one that the pres always stays at when
he's here. We went there and walked along the beach. Grant taught me how to skip stones. =) and then we saw some crabs on the rocks,
and then we just chilled on the beach chairs for an hour or so. It was really nice and Grant even put his head in my lap/leg
for a bit. But then it was getting late so we had to go. Boohar.
I dunno. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting mixed messages. He always pats my leg or back or something like putting his
head on my leg but then he'll say stuff like he's glad he's gained a new FRIEND. Almost like he's emphasizing the friend part sometimes.
I dunno. I wish I had a longer time here. And sometimes I wish Tanya and Kekoa weren't always with us. But then
again...tomorrow we're going to UH together. Maybe we won't have
any tag-alongs this time. hehe.
Okie..well, tomorrow is a pool day for me. I don't think I'll swim though. My suit is still wet from today and I'm a bit
sunburnt dammit. Besides, Friday is Water Park day. YEEHEE!!
