You think I could babble anymore than I did yesterday? haha. Gosh, today I felt like my motor skills were kinda sluggish
and my memory was kinda weirded out. Hrmm, makes you wonder. Plus my teeth hurt whenever I eat something. Like all four of
my inscisors on the inside. I hope I don't have cavities. Maybe it was just the lolipops from Saturday. Well, we'll find out
in 2 weeks when I go see the new dentist. (my uncle dentist moved to NM and my mom wants me to see this new one who was her old
bf in hs. hahah)
On the way to work today I was thinking about what I wrote yesterday and I realized that whole thing with John, the cute
KSA president, was bad. Well, not really bad, but sorta bad for me because, well, remember that whole deal about me supposedly
"stealing" my friend's bf? Well, not that I did then, but it would be bad if I did for this one. haha. But you know, NOTHING
happened anyway, and I wasn't even the one instigating the action and what not. I always made sure he made the first move
before I ever even touched him. Its always like that though. If the guy didn't want it then he wouldn't be doing anything so
why should I get the blame for anything right? But still..nothing happened. And again, I DIDN'T steal anything the last time.
She just had issues. lol ;P
So today was the day my group went to Aiea pool. It was good fun. And guess what! I saw the cute guy from the summerfun
workshops. He works at the Aiea summerfun!!!! YAY!! And guess what! His group said hi to us...or at least they were yelling
"HI" in our direction from where they were on the field. Whether or not there was someone behind us they were really yelling
to I don't know. But I had my kids yell back to them. That was so cute ^_^. I was a bit sad that he didn't go to the vball
and bball we had at our gym, but its all good. Maybe I'll get to see him again one day. *sigh*melt*grin* haha He's SOO cute!!
The pool was good fun but I'm getting so dark! My face is kinda reddish pink right now. I hate this. For the first time
I'm wishing I didn't have to get so dark cuz I mean, now I think the tan I had last time was just too dark. ick. I hope I don't
get too dark again. =T
Today it was so cute. I found out a lot of the kids in my group are at least part Korean. They started teaching me some
words and they were saying funny things about our jr. leaders. =) I learned what selfish is...well, i forgot it so now i'm
looking in my dictionary...ee-gi-ju-ui-juhgin...or something. Oh, and Karen made my day today when she said something like
"Ms. Maria, I like you cuz you're so nice and you're a really good summer aide." I almost cried at that point. *sniff*
My kids are so cute ^_^
I took out money for July rent today. ACK! OMG! My account is so pitifully empty now. All I have left is enough to not
even cover my upcoming credit card bills. I don't even want to know how much I owe. I'm afeared. I know I owe at least 400
just for my visa cuz of that fucking MSAT this weekend. That reminds me, I should start looking over the practice tests. haha.
I'm so bad. =( So yar, I dunno if I should just close my Am. Savings account already since once I take out the money I'll have
to pay the service charge for going below the minimum. That's going to suck. Much Boohar.
Then I got home and I found my lovely Alice Deejay cd in the mail that I won at iistix.com.
Its such a cool cd. =) Berry Berry nice. ^_^
Oooh, and then guess who called me. It was soooo random!! It was Paul!!
Talk about random. He hasn't called me in months! I guess he must've been REALLY bored today being home from his lovely trip
to Japan/Korea and all. Isn't that right Paul...you were bored right? ;P
So that's basically been the gist of my day. My parents are watching the tape of the LA-Indiana game. I still think its
rigged. No way LA could've lost the last game so easily. They really wanted to bring it back to LA. Bastids.
I was also chatting with MC earlier. Its nice
cuz lately we've been talking like almost everyday while he nabs all my mp3s. haha Anyway, we were talking
about the Asian Journal list for a bit. I can't
believe its grown so large. I'm so proud of Michael that he started something so great (i want a different word but can't think of it right now haha).
I mean, I know that this list might
not mean a lot to some people, or some might think its making a big deal out of nothing, but I'm really glad that something
like this was created and that I can be a part of it because for a long time I was searching for journals by asian peeps because,
more often than not, they have voices and opinions kind of similar to my own. I mean, don't get me wrong, there are a lot
of journals written by non-asians that are cool as shit (that made no sense. shit is not cool) but some of the time I just can't relate to what
they're saying. Woah...I just got a sense of deja vu. Have I talked about this before? I feel like I did back when I was in
the old format...I am thinking pink..so February? I better go back and look later. How weird. Don't you hate that? Haha.
Just think.."the matrix." ;P
Anyway, where was I? oh yeah, so I'm glad the Asian Journal webring has grown to where it is now. Not only can I find
voices that I can relate to but the voices are also so diverse that its just like reading any other variety of journals too. Besides,
finding these journallers that can write really well while they're relatively unknown is a lot more fun than reading those by
the almighty, elite, old-school journallers who are in their own diarist.net cliques..or at least that's my opinion. (But some
of the old schoolers are still cool ^_~)
Well, I better get to sleep. I'm tired and I gotta teach the hard stuff tomorrow in Arts and Crafts. Oh joy. Have a wonderful
Tuesday everyone! Can you believe its 7 weeks from today? ACK!
<3 always,
